Some features of the App are only available on a paid subscription (“Premium”). Details of Premium plans, including:
- Which features are included
- Billing period (for example, monthly or yearly)
- Price and applicable taxes
- Free trial, introductory offers or discounts (if any)

5.2 Payments and app stores
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by:
- Apple App Store (for iOS users), and/or
- Google Play Store (for Android users).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the app store’s own terms and conditions, in addition to these Terms.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
5.3 Auto-renewal
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You authorise the app store to charge the renewal fee until you cancel.
5.4 Free trials and introductory offers
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. The duration and conditions of any offer will be shown in the App or app store at the time of sign-up.
Unless you cancel before the end of the trial/offer period, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard price for the chosen plan.
5.5 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings of the relevant app store (Apple or Google). Deleting the App or your Just Cooked™ account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
After cancellation:
- You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period.
- You will not be billed for further periods, provided you cancelled in accordance with the app store’s instructions and any notice requirements.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5.7 Changes to pricing or plans
We may change our pricing and subscription structure from time to time. We will inform you of any price change in accordance with app store rules, and the change will apply from the next billing period.
If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Access, fair use and service changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available or uninterrupted.
